摘要:

[目的]探讨Leber病的发病特征和遗传机制。[方法]结合临床诊治的病例及国内外文献报道对本病作一临床观察。[结果]通过针灸治疗,患者临床症状有改善。[结论]leber病是一种典型的线粒体遗传病,好发于青壮年,常致视力急剧减退。Leber病至今尚无特效疗法。本病重点在于预防,需要做好医学遗传咨询工作。针灸治疗本病有一定疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To discuss Leber disease’s characteristic and its heredity mechanism.[Methods] The disease was observed by clinic treatment cases and literature report at home and abroad.[Results] Sufferer’s clinic symptom was improved by acupuncture.[Conclusion] Leber disease is a type of chondriosome heredity disease. Incidence of the disease in young adults is high.It always cause eyesight letdown rapid.It has no specially good effect at treatment yet.So the disease lay stress on prevention.It needs do well at medicine heredity consultation. Acupuncture has certain therapeutic effect on Leber disease.
