| [目的]观察自拟中药熄风活络胶囊治疗脑梗死临床疗效。[方法]148例中治疗组75例,对照组73例。治疗前后分别进行神经功能、血液流变学测定,综合评价中药熄风活络胶囊的临床疗效。[结果]熄风活络胶囊治疗脑梗死有效率为92%,对照组有效率为64.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组对血液流变学、血脂的改善,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]熄风活络胶囊治疗脑梗死疗效较好。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xifenghuoluo capsule on cerebral infarction.[Methods] One hundred and fourty eight cases were randomly divided into treatment group (75 cases),and control group (73 cases).The nerve function, blood rheology were determined before and after treatment respectively, and the clinical effect of Xifenghuoluo capsule was evaluated comprehensively.[Results] The effective rate of Xifenghuoluo capsule for treatment of cerebral infarction was 92% in treatment group,while 64.2% in control group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).The improvement of blood rheology and blood lipids was better in treatment group than that of control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Xifenghuoluo capsule has better clinical effect on treatment of cerebral infarction. |
