| [目的]观察不同部位脑梗死在临床病症积分,梗死面积、针刺疗效等方面的差异。[方法]收集8个不同部位梗死的完整临床资料,运用统计方法进行对比。[结果]梗死部位对脑梗死病人的治疗前后病症积分、严重程度、梗死面积有显著的影响,且影响不同。[结论]梗死部位对脑梗死的病情有一定影响,但只是影响各个方面的因素之一,并非决定因素。 |

| [Objective] To observe the difference in aspects of clinical symptom score, infarction areas, acupuncture effect etc in patients with cerebral infarction in different sites.[Methods] Collecting integrated clinical data of 8 cases with different location cerebral infarction,comparison was made by statistical method.[Results] The location had significant influence on clinical symptom score, severity, infarction areas of cerebral infarction determined before and after treatment markedly.[Conclusion] Infarction location has a certain influence on condition of cerebral infarction patients. It is only one of the affecting factors,not the decisive. |
