摘要:

[目的]观察清脑益髓针刺法治疗血管性痴呆症(VD)的临床疗效。[方法]选择病例60例,均经CT或核磁共振检查确诊为VD患者,随机分为两组。治疗组施清脑益髓针刺法;对照组口服银杏叶、脑复新。智力评分采用长谷川痴呆修改量表。[结果]两组VD患者治疗前后各项评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后各项评分均有提高,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.001),且两组治疗后差值比较有显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]清脑益髓针刺法治疗血管性痴呆症疗效更为显著。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of clearing brain and nourishing marrow method on vascular dementia(VD).[Methods] Sixty cases with vascular dementia,diagnosed by CT or MRI,were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given clearing brain and nourishing marrow acupuncture methods;control group was given Yinxingye、Naofuxin oral liquids. Intellect Score was measured by dementia measuring scale modified by Nagatanikawa.[Results] There was no significant difference of each score between two groups(P>0.05)before and after treatment. Each score was enhanced after treatment,and had significant difference comparing with that before treatment(P<0.001). Score difference after treatment between two groups was significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Clearing brain and nourishing marrow method has obvious clinical effect on vascular dementia.
