| Abstract: |
| In vitro experimental research the real process of metabolism in the body can be accessible more easy by using Chinese herb serum.But there are many questions which can’t be explained or needs normalized about the preparation of Chinese herbal serum.In the relationship between animal species and drug serum,the author proposed to cultivate the homologous cells with homologous serum to enhance the rate of wall-attachment.It is suggested that the time of giving herbs to animal for proparation is 96 h.The herbs should be given once a day for 3 days at first and at 30,24,18,12,6,3,1.5,0.5hour before collectiving blood specimen again.It is also necessary for making herbal serum inactived. |
