| 目前癌症患者中约70%～80%是中晚期患者,中晚期肿瘤的疗效主要体现在生存质量的提高和生存期的延长,而不是单纯的“无瘤生存”,癌症治疗已经开始从过去单纯追求生存率转变到生存率与生存质量并重。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤有着确切的疗效,其治疗特点之一是“带瘤生存”。传统的以WHO实体瘤疗效评价标准为核心的实体瘤疗效评价体系存在着明显局限性。建立新的综合的肿瘤疗效评价体系,准确评价肿瘤疗效,包括中医药治疗肿瘤的疗效是当前一个紧迫而重大的课题。 |

| Abstract: |
| At present,about70%～80%the tumor patients are in middle or terminal term.The effect of their treatment consists mainly on improving the living quality and prolonging the existent period but not lies simply in“living without tumor”.Now the cancer treatment has changed from simply survival rate increasing in the past to paying equal attention to both survival rate and living quality.Establishment a curative effect evaluation standard system of Traditional Chinese Medicine in curing malignant tumor,including evaluating the tumor’s curative effect well and truly and the curative effect of TCM in curing tumor is an urgent and great topic. |
