摘要:

[目的]观察痹祺胶囊对膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果。[方法]选择膝骨性关节炎患者94例共133个膝关节,服用痹祺胶囊治疗2～4周,观察治疗前后症状、体征及病情变化。[结果]临床控制17例,显效45例,有效30例,无效2例,痹祺胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎满意率为66 00%,有效率为98 87%,病情多数缓解,临床症状明显改善。[结论]痹祺胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎效果优良。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on osteo-arthritis in knee.[Method] One hundred and thirty-three knee joints in 94 cases were selected.After taking Biqi Capsule for 2～4weeks,symptoms,signs and illness changes were observed.[Results] Clinical control was in 17 cases,markedly effective in 45 cases,effective in 30 cases,no effect in 2 cases.Satisfactory rate was66.00%,effective rate98.87%.Most cases were improved,and clinical symptoms were improved obviously.[Conclusion] Biqi Capsule has good therapeutic effect on osteo-arthritis in knee.
