| 慢性应激引发大鼠行为改变及复方中药的调节作用 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨中医情志致病的基本病机特点、证候形成的规律及复方中药的调节作用。[方法]应用慢性心理的应激方法模拟情志不遂,在制做"气机失调证"大鼠模型的基础上,从宏观角度对模型动物进行行为学评定,并观察复方中药心舒1号的调节作用。[结果]慢性心理应激对大鼠行为的改变产生明显的影响,而复方中药心舒1号可以改善模型动物的行为异常。[结论]提示气机失调是中医情志致病的基本病机,模型动物的行为改变是其表征,中药心舒1号具有心身双调的作用,是治疗情志病的有效方剂。 |

| Behavior Alteration Induced by Chronic stress in Rats and Regulative Effect of Compound Chinese Herbs |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore the basic pathogenic characteristics of emotions in TCM,the rule of syndromes formation,and the regulative effect of the compound Chinese herbs. [Methods] Emotional failure was imitated by chronic psychological stress. In rats with “disharmonious function of Qi activity ”,the behavior assessment was performed from macroscopical aspects and the regulative effect of “Xinshu I”, a compound Chinese herbal medicine, was observed. [Result] Chronic psychological stress had obvious influence on the behavior of rats,while “Xinshu I” could improve the behavior alteration, the superficial expressive syndrome. [Conclusion] “Xinshu I” possessed a psychosomatic regulative effect and is an effective herbs for the treatment of diseases caused by emotions. |
