草菊饮及膳食纤维素联合治疗儿童单纯性肥胖临床研究

摘要:

[目的]观察用草菊饮及膳食纤维素联合治疗儿童单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。[方法]将117例学龄期单纯性肥胖儿童随机分为观察组(n=64),对照组(n=53)。两组小儿在家中进食量和次数无任何要求,两组小儿同时加用膳食纤维素3片(安利产品),观察组加服草菊饮500mL,随饮。[结果]治疗后15d后观察组小儿进食量及摄入的总热量显著减少,饥饿感显著减轻,粪便排泄增加(P<0.001)。体质量、脂肪百分率、体质量指数显著下降(P<0.01)。[结论]1)草菊饮及膳食纤维素联合具有良好的减肥效果,治疗儿童单纯性肥胖无不良反应。2)儿童单纯性肥胖与脂肪含量相关,提示吸收能力较强与便秘可能是儿童单纯性肥胖病因之一。

Abstract:

[Objective] To research the obesity-reducing effect of Caoju Yin asso ciated with high fiber diet on children’s simple obesity. [Methods] One hund red and seventeen cases with simple obesity in school-age children were randomly divided into observation group(n=64) and control group(n=53).There was no other demand on food intake and frequency at home. Three tablets of high fiber diet were administered in children of both groups,and 500 mL of Caoju Yin was given to children of observation groups additionally. [Results] The intake of food and total quantity of heat were reduced significantly after treatment for 15 days in observation group,the hunger sense was obviously alleviated,the defecation was increased (P<0.001) body weight,fat percentage,body weight index were all de creased significantly(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The associated treatment of Caoju Yin and high fiber diet has better obesity-reducing effect without any side effects in treating children’s simple obesity. The occurrence of children’s simple obesity is related with fat content in food,indicating better absorption ability and constipation may be one of the causes of children’s simple obesity.
