| [目的]观察白芍总苷(TGP)联合雷公藤多苷治疗类风湿关节炎增效减毒临床疗效。[方法]将60例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者随机分为联合治疗组30例及雷公藤组30例,比较两组临床疗效及肝损伤发生情况。[结果]联合治疗组与雷公藤组临床总有效率分别为90.00%、66.67%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后ALT明显低于雷公藤组,有显著性差异(P<0.05).[结论]TGP联合雷公藤治疗RA具有增效减毒作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the synergic and attenuated effect of TGP (To tal Glycoside of Radix Paeoniae alba, TGP) integrated with Leigongteng (Radix Folium et Flos Triptegii) on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into integrated treatment group and Leigongteng only group with 30 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect and the liver injury condition of two groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate of integrated group and Leigongteng group was 90% and 66.67% respectively with significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05);TGP in integrated group was lower obviously than that of Leigengteng group after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05);[Conclusion] Integrated treatment with TGP and Leigengteng has synergic and attenuated effect on RA. |
