参附注射液对冠心病心力衰竭患者血浆C反应蛋白浓度的影响

摘要:

[目的]观察参附注射液对冠心病心力衰竭患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的影响和疗效。[方法]把60例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组(参附组)30例,对照组(常规组)30例,采用免疫比浊法测定冠心病心力衰竭患者治疗前后血浆CRP水平,并观察两组疗效变化。[结果]参附组患者治疗后血浆CRP水平均有明显降低,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),心功能两组均有明显改善,常规组和参附组总有效率分别为73.3%和93.3%,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]参附注射液能显著降低冠心病心力衰竭患者血浆CRP水平,改善心功能,增强心肌收缩力。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the changes of CRP and curative effect of Shen fu (Radix Ginseng and Radix Aconiti Praeparata) injection in patients with car diac failure caused by coronary heart disease. [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in the treatment group(Shenfu inje ction),30 cases in control group(regular treatment).The levels of CRP before and after treatment was detected with immune turbidimetry. [Results] The levels of CRP was decreased obviously in Shenfu group after treatment when compared with control group(P<0.01). The cardiac function was ameliorated evidently in both groups.The total effective rate of control group and treatment group was 73.3% and 93.3% respectively with significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Shenfu injection can significantly decrease CRP levels in patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease,improve cardiac function and enhance cardiac contractility.
