“调理脾胃”针法治疗颈性眩晕33例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察针灸对颈性眩晕(痰浊中阻型)的治疗作用。[方法]将65例确诊为颈性眩晕(痰浊中阻型)的病人随机分为两组:针刺组以调理脾胃针法为主,药物组予静脉点滴盐酸培他啶,口服眩晕停治疗,对治疗后两组病人的主要症状进行评估,同时分别经颅脑多普勒检查,观察双侧椎动脉、椎-基底动脉的平均血流速度。[结果]治疗后两组椎动脉、椎-基底动脉平均血流速度有明显改善(P<0.01),两组间比较显示总有效率及颅脑多普勒指标差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]“调理脾胃”针法治疗颈性眩晕(痰浊中阻型)疗效较为理想。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture on cer vical vertigo(type of phlegm and turbid obstruction in the middle-jiao). [Methods] Sixty-five patients withestablished cervical vertigo were randomly divided into acupuncture group treated with "regulating spleen and stomach" and drug group treated with intravenous drip of betahistine hydrochloride injection and oral Xuanyunting. The main symptoms were assessed after treatment, and the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral and vertebro-basilar arteries was obs erved by transcranial Doppler examination. [Results] Blood flow velocity of the both arteries increased significantly in these two groups (P<0.01) after treatment;there was significant differences between two groups in the total effective rate and indexes of Transcranial Doppler examination (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture therapy of "regulating spleen and stomach" posses a better therap eutic effect on cervical vertigo.
