注射用丹参总酚酸治疗缺血性中风瘀血阻络证临床研究

摘要:

[目的]评价注射用丹参总酚酸治疗缺血性中风瘀血阻络证的有效性和安全性,并探索量效关系。[方法]以注射用血塞通为对照药物,采用随机对照的方法进行临床研究。[结果]注射用丹参总酚酸高、低剂量组对中风病的综合疗效、神经功能缺损疗效、中医证候疗效,均优于对照药;3组中风病总积分值、中医证候评分值、神经功能缺损评分值疗后均有明显改善,且试验高剂量组优于对照组,并显示出一定的量效关系。[结论]注射用丹参总酚酸对缺血性中风瘀血阻络证确有较好疗效,临床使用安全,推荐临床剂量为80～160m gd/。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of total salvianolic acid injection on the syndrome of collateral retardation due to blood stasis in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke and explore the relationship between dosage and effect.[Methods] The control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection.The random control method was adopted in the clinical study.[Result] The curative effect of high and low dosage group of total salvianolic acid injection was higher than that in control group for the integration curative effect,the effect of nerve function absence and the effect of TCM syndrome.The total integral of cerebral stroke,the grade value of TCM syndrome and the grade value of nerve function absence was remarkably improved.The relationship between dosage and effect existed in the experiment and control group.The experiment group was markedly more excellent than the control group.[Conclusion] The total salvianolic acid injection has better curative effect and is of security on the syndrome of collateral retardation due to blood stasis in the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.The commonly used clinical dosage is 80～160 mg each day.
