摘要: |
[目的]探讨高血压病中医辨证分型与基底动脉经颅多普勒频谱形态、测值之间的关系。[方法]应用经颅多普勒超声仪检测80例中医各型高血压病患者基底动脉的频谱形态、收缩期血流速度(Vs)和搏动指数P(I)。[结果]肝火亢盛型多见于1级高血压,阴虚阳亢型多见于2级高血压,阴阳两虚型、痰湿壅盛型多见于3级高血压,其中痰湿壅盛型也可见于2级高血压。1级高血压Vs增快,PI正常;2级高血压Vs增快和减慢均可见,PI增高为主;3级高血压Vs减慢,PI减低为主。肝火亢盛型Vs增快,PI正常;阴虚阳亢型Vs增快,PI增高;阴阳两虚型、痰湿壅盛型均Vs减慢,PI减低。[结论]基底动脉经颅多普勒检测可反映高血压病中医辨证的衍化进程。 |

Syndrome Differentiation in TCM and Haemodynamics of Arteria Basilaris in Hypertension |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To discuss the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and the frequency spectrum and the determined value of transcranial Doppler examination of arteria basilaris.[Methods] The frequency spectrum,systolic blood flow(Vs),pulsatility index(PI) of arteria basilaris were recorded in eighty patients with hypertension in several types in TCM syndrome differentiation by trancranial Doppler ultrasound apparatus.[Result] The overabundant liver-fire syndrome was frequently found in the first period of hypertension.The deficiency of yin and yang hyperactivity syndrome was in the second period.The deficiency of both yin and yang and obstruction and abundance of phlegm-damp were in the third period.The latter could also found in the second period of hypertension.The increased Vs value and normal PI could be seen in the first period.The increased or decreased Vs and elevated PI value in the second period.The decreased Vs and PI value in the third period.The decreased Vs and PI value in the third period.The increased Vs value and normal PI could be met in the overabundant liver-fire syndrome.The increased Vs and PI value in the patients with deficiency of yin leading to yang hyperactivity,while the decreased Vs and PI value in the deficiency of both yin and yang and obstruction and abundance in the patients with phlegm-damp.[Conclusion] We can see the developing course of syndrome differentiation of TCM in hypertension through the examination with transcranial Doppler ultrasound apparatus of arteria basilaris. |
