摘要:

[目的]研究酸枣仁油中不饱和脂肪酸的药理活性。[方法]采用尿素包合法分离酸枣仁油中的不饱和脂肪酸类部分,并配制成乳剂,通过小鼠的镇静催眠实验研究其活性。[结果]酸枣仁油中的不饱和脂肪酸部分能明显抑制小鼠的自主活动次数,缩短戊巴比妥钠引起的睡眠潜伏期,延长睡眠时间。[结论]酸枣仁油中的不饱和脂肪酸具有明显的镇静催眠活性。

Abstract:

[Objective] To Study the pharmacological activity of unsaturated fatty acids in the oil of SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE(SZS).[Methods] The unsaturated fatty acids were separated by the method of carbamide package and its emulsion was prepared.The activity of them was observed through the experiment of sedation and hypnosis in rat.[Result] The unsaturated fatty acids in the oil of SZS could obviously repress the frequency of autonomic activities in rat,shorten the incubation period of sleep aroused by pentobarbital sodium and lengthen the sleep time.[Conclusion] The unsaturated fatty acids in the oil of SZS has marked action for sedation and hypnosis.
