| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立栀芩清热软胶囊的质量标准。[方法]采用TCL法对方中栀子、甘草、黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用H PLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。[结果]黄芩苷的线性范围为0.2675～1.07µg(R=0.9999),平均回收率为90.4%。[结论]方法可行,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish the qualitative criteria of zhiqi Qingre(clearing fever with Fructus Gardenia and Radix Scutellariae) malacotic capsule.[Methods] The qualitative identification of Gardenia,Licorice and Scutellaria was performed with TLC and Baicalin content was determined with HPLC.[Result] The content of Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.267 5～1.07µg(R=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 90.4%.[Conclusion] This method is feasible and has a good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of malacotic capsule of Zhiqi Qingre. |
