痛经宁颗粒对原发性痛经患者血清β-EP含量的影响——附120例临床病例报告

摘要:

[目的]探讨中药痛经宁颗粒治疗原发性痛经(PD)的作用机制。[方法]以痛经宁治疗PD患者120例,并设西药阿司匹林作对照(40例),同时对部分患者进行了治疗前后黄体中期、末期血清雌激素(E₂)、孕激素(P);黄体中期、经期β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的变化检测。[结果]治疗组疗效显着优于对照组(P<0.01),对重度、中度PD患者的显愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组E₂水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),P水平、β-EP浓度则明显上升(P<0.01)。[结论]痛经宁具有调节卵巢激素、β-EP;并具有调整精神、情绪,促进机体内环境平衡及疗效巩固的优势。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tongjingning granula in primary dysmenorrhea PD. [Methods] 120 patients with PD in treatment group were administrated with Tongjingning granula.40 patients with PD in control were administrated with aspirin.In a part of patients the content of serum estrogen E₂ and progestogen P in the middle and last period of corepus luteum,β.endorphine β.ET in the midluteal phase and at menstruation were determined. [Result] The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group P<0.01.The rate of significant recovery and improvement in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group P<0.01.The E₂ level of treatment group was obviously decreased P<0.01.But the P and β.ET level of treatment group obviously increased P<0.01. [Conclusion] Tongjingning granula may regulate ovarian hormone and β.ET level,adjust the mind and emotion,promote the homeostatic equilibrium of organism and consolidate curative effect.
