三拗汤加减治疗小儿寒饮停肺型哮喘临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察三拗汤加减方治疗寒饮停肺型支气管哮喘的疗效。[方法]将52例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予三拗汤加减方,对照组予西药氨茶碱治疗。观察两组治疗后症状、体征、肺功能、免疫复合球蛋白(IgE)、外周血嗜酸细胞(EOS)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)的变化。[结果]两组疗效相近,但三拗汤加减改善患儿中医症状、舌脉作用更明显。并能降低IL-4、IL-5水平,其降低IL-4水平较对照组更加明显。[结论]三拗汤加减方治疗寒饮停肺型支气管哮喘疗效肯定,相关指标改善确切,且有较强的调节作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sanao Tang modified in prescription on bronchial asthma with cold fluid-retention in lung.[Methods] Fifty-two asthma children were divided randomly into therapy group and control group.The therapy group was provided Sanao Tang modified in prescription and the control group aminophylline.The change of symptoms,physical sign,lung function,IgE,EOS,IL-4,IL-5 were observed before and after treatment.[Result] The Sanao Tang modified in prescription group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms and decrease of the IL-4,IL-5 level,etc.[Conclusion] The Sanao Tang modified in prescription has definitive clinical effect on bronchial asthma with cold fluid-retention in lung.The Sanao Tang modified in prescription may improve and regulate clinically correlated indexes.
