[目的]探讨针刺内关穴对大鼠急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型血流动力学及酶学的影响。[方法]通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)的方法建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型。随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组、非穴组,连续治疗7d后,应用16导生理记录仪测定左室血流动力学参数;取血,检测血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。[结果]针刺内关穴可以降低左室内压最大上升(+)和下降(-)速率(LVEDP),升高±dp/dtmax,降低LDH含量。针刺对AMI模型大鼠的治疗有穴位特异性。[结论]针刺内关穴治疗AMI可以改善心脏功能。 |

Effect of Acupuncture on Haemodynamics and Enzymology of Rats with AMI |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the effect of acupuncture on neiguan points on the haemodynamics and enzymology in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). [Methods] An experimental model of rat with AMI induced by ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery was. The rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, acupuncture group and non-acupoint group, and treated for 7 days. Seven days later, the parameters of ventricular haemodynamics were monitored with sixteen-leads physiological recorder. The serum LDH content was measured. [Results] Acupuncture could not only decrease LVEDP, but also increase the rising rate of the maximum left ventricular pressure and the falling rate of the maximum left ventricular pressure in rats with AMI. Acupuncture might lower the content of the serum LDH of rats with AMI too. There was a point specialty for acupuncture to treat AMI in rat. [Conclusions] Acupunctured on Neiguan points may improve the cardiac function in rats with AMI. |
