[目的]观察天癸更年软胶囊对老年大鼠的抗氧化作用,为探讨天癸更年软胶囊的抗衰老作用提供实验依据。[方法]实验组大鼠灌胃天癸更年软胶囊45d,观察天癸更年软胶囊对老年雌性大鼠血清及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)、肝脏线粒体MDA和活性氧(ROS)以及脑脂褐素沉积作用的影响。[结果]天癸更年软胶囊能显著改善大鼠血清及脑组织和肝脏线粒体中多项指标的水平,并减轻脑脂褐素沉积。[结论]天癸更年软胶囊具有抗氧化能力,这可能是天癸更年软胶囊减缓衰老的机制之一。 |

Effect of Tiankui Gengnian Soft Capsule on Antioxidant Action in Old Rats |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the effect of Tiankui Gengnian Soft Capsule(menstruation-climacteric soft capsule, TGSC) on the antioxidant action in old rats and provide the experimental basis for investigating the mechanisms of anti-aging effect of TGSC. [Methods] After feeding rats with TGSC for 45 days, the influence on the activity of SOD, MDA in serum and brain, MAO in brain and activity of GSH-Px in blood was observed. At the same time, the ROS and activity of MDA in liver mitochondria were also explored. Finally, the lipofuscin accumulation in cerebral cortex was examined by light microscope. [Results] TGSC could obviously improve the level of some indexes in blood, brain and mitochondria, decreasing the lipofuscin accumulation in cerebral cortex. [Conclusions] TGSC has antioxidant effect. This may explain the mechanism of its anti-aging effects of it. |
