| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立柴芩胶囊中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:278nm;柱温:30℃。[结果]黄芩苷在0.0338～0.676μg之间有良好的线性关系,(r=0.9998)。黄芩苷平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.91%。[结论]此方法快捷、简便、准确、分离效果好,可作为胶囊的质控标准。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish the quality criteria and quality assay method of baicalin in Chai-qin(Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae) capsule. [Methods] Using by HPLC method: C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2); flow rate (1.0 mL/min); detection wavelength(278 nm); column temperature(30 ℃) were used. [Result] There was a better linear relationship between the 0.038-0.676 μg. [Conclusion] The HPLC method was shortcut, convenient, accurate and good separating effect. It may act as quality control standard for the capsule. |
