丹酚酸B在模拟消化道体液中的稳定性研究

摘要:
[目的]通过体外模拟人体胃肠道pH环境,考察丹酚酸B的稳定性。[方法]以碳酸氢钠、盐酸调节模拟体液pH值,采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-1%醋酸(23:77)为流动相,于288nm检测丹酚酸B的含量变化。[结果]丹酚酸B在空腹胃液中0.5h含量降低1.5%,4h降低11.2%;在进食胃液中0~6h含量无变化;在小肠液中3h含量降低3.9%,6h降低6.7%;在大肠液中4h含量降低40.6%。[结论]丹酚酸B在模拟小肠液中稳定,在模拟胃液和大肠液中不稳定。

Stability Investigation of Salvianolic Acid B in the Minosis Fluid of Digestive Tract

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the stability of salvianolic acid B in minosis body pH environment in vitro.[Methods] Minosis pH value of body fluid was carried out by using NaHCO3 and HCL.The content change of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% acetic acid(23:77)and detection wavelength was 281 nm.[Results] The content of salvianolic acid B decreased 1.5% at half an hour and 11.2% at four hours in gastric juice of empted stomach.But there wasn’t any change at zero to sixth hour in gastric juice of food-filled stomach.The content of salvianolic acid B decreased 3.9% at three hours and 6.7% at six hours in small intestinal juice.But it was instable in large intestinal juice.[Conclusions] The method was sensitive,accurate and may be used to carry out qualitative identification and quality control of salvianolic acid B.
