摘要:

根据胃动力障碍是消化不良发生的直接原因,探讨并得出结论:胃动力障碍的基本病机是脾胃气机升降失调,其病理基础在于脾胃虚弱,制定健运脾胃,调理脾胃气机升降的基本治法,确定六君子汤加减作为治疗方药。

Abstract:

According to that the disturbance of gastric dynamics is the direct cause of dyspepsia,it is concluded that the basic pathogenesis of the disturbance of gastric dynamics is dysfunction of the ascending or descending of the flow of vital QI of spleen and stomach and the pathogenic basis is weakness of spleen and stomach and a pivotal therapeutic method to activate the movement of spleen and stomach,to regulate the rising and falling of the vital QI of spleen and stomach should be established. The modified Liujunzi decoction is ascertained as the therapeutic prescription.
