血必净注射液治疗慢性肺心病心功能不全35例临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 探讨血必净治疗慢性肺心病心功能不全临床疗效。[方法] 将65例入选患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净静脉点滴。[结果] 治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血液流变学、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论] 血必净对于慢性肺心病心功能不全具有良好的治疗作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing(Clearing blood) injection in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease.[Methods] Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and treatment group by Xuebijing.[Results] The effective rate was 91.42% in treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the difference between these two groups was notable (P<0.05).The level of PaO2,PaCO2,hemorheology,cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection function were observed,the difference between these two groups was also remarkable (P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusions] Xuebijing injeotion has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease.
