白芍总苷对雷公藤多苷片所致小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘要:
[目的] 运用新建雷公藤多苷片致小鼠急性肝损伤模型,探讨白芍总苷(TGP)对该模型肝损伤保护作用和机制。[方法] 连续7d给小鼠灌服TGP,而后以雷公藤多苷片制造小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)的含量。[结果] TGP可以降低肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST含量、升高SOD含量,降低肝匀浆中MDA含量。[结论] TGP可以对抗雷公藤多苷片所致小鼠急性肝损伤,其机制与氧自由基产生有关。

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore the protective effect and the mechanism of total glucosides of paeony(TGP) against the acute hepatic injury induced by tripterygium glycosides tablet in mice.[Methods] TGP was administered by mouth for succeeding seven days.After that acute hepatic injury was established in mice with tripterygium glycosides tablet.Serum ALT,AST,SOD,MDA content were determined.[Results] TGP could decrease serum ALT,AST content,increase SOD content and increase MDA content in the liver homogenate.[Conclusions] TGP may prevent and cure acute hepatic injury induced by tripterygium glycosides tablet in mice.The mechanism may be related to oxygen free radical production.
