冰片-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的研究

摘要:
[目的]研究冰片-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备方法及包合物的验证。[方法]采用冷冻干燥法制备冰片-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,并经薄层色谱、X线衍射、相溶解度曲线、核磁共振、扫描电镜等方法对包合物进行验证。[结果]冰片已和羟丙基-β-环糊精形成包合物。[结论]羟丙基-β-环糊精可以包合冰片,使冰片在水中溶解度提高。

Study on the inclusion complex of borneol with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the preparation technology of the inclusion complex of the borneol-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and identify the formation of inclusion complex. [Methods] The inclusion complex was prepared by freeze-drying technique. Its structure was proved by TLC, phase solubility diagram, X-ray diffraction, NMR, SEM. [Results] The results indicated that the inclusion complex of the borneol- hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was formed. [Conclusions] Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin is available to include the borneol. The solubility of borneol is increased in aqueous solution.
