通脉降脂颗粒对大鼠主动脉损伤术后血脂和内皮素水平的影响

摘要:
[目的]观察通脉降脂颗粒对主动脉损伤后实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、内皮素水平的影响。[方法]选择Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为6组(空白组、高脂组、模型组、通脉降脂治疗组、通心络治疗组、普罗布考治疗组),除空白组以外每组予高脂饲料喂养2周,2周后进行主动脉损伤术造模,造模后持续给药3周取血,观察通脉降脂颗粒对主动脉损伤术后血脂、内皮素水平的影响,并探讨其与主动脉损伤术后再狭窄的关系。[结果]与空白组对比,模型组在胆固醇、甘油三酯以及内皮素水平方面均有显著升高(P<0.05),而通脉降脂颗粒治疗组和模型组比较,胆固醇、甘油三酯和内皮素水平均明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]通脉降脂颗粒可影响主动脉损伤术后高脂血症大鼠胆固醇、甘油三酯和内皮素水平的上升,对主动脉损伤术后再狭窄有一定的干预作用。

Influence of Tongmai Jiangzhi Granula on blood fat and endothelin level after the operation of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the effect of Tongmai(promoting blood circulation) Jiangzhi(lowering hyperlipemia) granula on blood lipid and endothelin level in rats with experimental hyperlipoidemia after operative injury of aorta. [Methods] Sixty wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: blank group, model group, high lipid group, Tongmai Jiangzhi granula group, Tongxinluo capsule group, probucol control group. Except for the rats of blank group, each rat in the other 5 groups was fed with high fat foodstuff for two weeks. The rat model with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty two weeks later was established. We keep on feeding the rats to medicine three weeks. After administration of medicine for 3 weeks the blood was harvested to observe the effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi granula on blood lipid and endothelin level, and explore the relationship between the level of the blood lipid, endothelin and restenosis. [Results] Comparing to blank group, there was a significant increasing of the level of cholesterin, triglyceride and endothelin in model group(P<0.05). In contrast with model group, however, there was an obvious reducing in the level of cholesterin, triglyceride and endothelin in Tongmai Jiangzhi granula group(P<0.05). [Conclusions] Tongmai Jiangzhi granula may decrease the level of cholesterin, triglyceride and endothelin, and has some interventional effects on the aorta injury induced by percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty operation.
