阳明腑实证患者内毒素及炎症介质的变化与肠源性内毒素血症的相关性研究 |

摘要: |
[目的]观察阳明腑实证患者内毒素、炎症介质变化情况,探讨其与肠源性内毒素血症的相关性。[方法]阳明腑实证患者25例,随机分为两组,一组给予常规治疗作为对照组,另一组在常规治疗基础上给予复方大承气汤作为中药组,检测入院时及治疗后3d血浆内毒素(ET)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)等指标的变化。[结果]两组阳明腑实证患者经治疗后血浆ET及血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均降低,尤以中药治疗组降低更具有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]复方大承气汤对阳明腑实证患者血浆ET及血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10具有调节作用,阳明腑实证患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10变化与肠源性内毒素血症有一定的相关性。 |

Correlation between changes of endotoxin, inflammatory mediators and intestinal endotoxemia in patients with excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the change of endotoxin, inflammatory mediators in the patients with excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ and explore the correlation between the change of endotoxin, inflammatory mediators and Intestinal endotoxemia. [Methods] The patients with excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ were randomly divided into two group: conventional therapy control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. The change of ET, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 before and after treatment was determined. [Results] The level of ET, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 was decreased after treatment in the patients with excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ. Especially, the change of ET, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 change in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05). [Conclusions] Compound Dachengqi decoction may regulate the level of ET, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with excess syndrome of Yang Ming Fu-organ. There are some correlations between the change of ET, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 and Intestinal endotoxemia. |
