| [目的]观察肾衰Ⅱ号胶囊治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效。[方法]采取随机分为肾衰Ⅱ号胶囊治疗组40例,西药依纳普利对照组20例。治疗组予肾衰Ⅱ号胶囊,60d为1个疗程;西药对照组给予依那普利,60d为1个疗程。每周测血肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白。[结果]初步证实肾衰Ⅱ号胶囊对肾功能不全代偿期和失代偿期患者有确切的治疗作用,能明显降低血清肌酐、尿素氮水平,并能增加血红蛋白含量,改善患者的临床症状,肾功能有所恢复。[结论]肾衰Ⅱ号胶囊治疗慢性肾衰疗效优于依那普利。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule in treating chronic renal failure. [Methods] The patients with renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule and that of control group by Enalapril. The change of Cr, BUN, HB was determined on every week. [Results] It was primarily proved that Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule had exact therapeutic effect on patients at insufficient compensation and decompensation stage. It may obviously decrease the blood Cr, BUN level, increase HB content and improve clinical symptoms and renal function. [Conclusions] The curative effect of Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule was more superior than that of Enalapril. |
