黄芩素对皮肤过敏治疗作用的实验研究

摘要:
[目的]验证黄芩对皮肤过敏的治疗作用。[方法]通过灌胃给予中药黄芩有效成分黄芩素,进行了2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发型变态反应、豚鼠Forssman皮肤血管炎症反应及小鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应实验;低分子右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒、组织胺致豚鼠足痒实验,豚鼠离体回肠收缩实验和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿实验。[结果]黄芩素对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型变态反应性耳肿、对豚鼠Forssman皮肤血管炎症反应以及小鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应均有明显抑制作用。同时对低分子右旋糖酐所致小鼠搔痒反应、组胺所致豚鼠足痒反应亦有明显抑制作用,并可抑制组胺引起的豚鼠离体回肠收缩,还可抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿反应。[结论]实验结果表明黄芩具有明显的抗过敏作用,并可明显拮抗组胺,同时具有一定的抗炎作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of Baicalein for skin hypersensitivity. [Methods] The experiments of delayed allergy induced by 2,4-dinitrofluirobenzenz in mice, Forssmam cutaneous vasculitis reaction in guinea pig, homogeneous passive hypersensitivity in mice, titillation induced by low-molecular dextran in mice, foot titillation induced by histamine in guinea pig, contraction test of isolated ileum in guinea pig and pinnal swelling induced by xylene in mice were performed and Baicalein, the effective component of Scutellaria baicalensis, was given by gastric intubation. [Results] Baicalein had significant inhibitory effect on delayed allergy in mice, Forssmam cutaneous vasculitis reaction in guinea pig and passive hepersensitivity in mice. It had the same effect on the titillation in mice, foot titillation in guinea pig simultaneously and inhibited the contraction of isolated ileum and ear swelling in mice also. [Conclusions] Above experiments have demonstrated that Baicalein possesses significant effect of anti-hypersensitivity. It is an antagonistic drug for histamine and has some anti-inflammation effect.
