[目的]探讨二黄活血汤防治糖尿病微血管病变(DMAP)的机制。[方法]腹腔注射四氧嘧啶配合高热量饮食建立模型,中药治疗16周后,测定空腹血糖(FBG)、血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、尿微量白蛋白(UAE)等指标。[结果]糖尿病大鼠FBG、ET和UAE明显升高,NO水平及NO/ET降低,治疗后FBG、ET、UAE明显降低,NO含量及NO/ET明显升高(P<0.01)。[结论]二黄活血汤可降低血糖,调节血管内皮功能,维持血管舒缩平衡,能有效地防治DMAP。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Erhuang Huoxue (activating blood circulation) decoction in preventing and treating diabetic microangiopathy(DMAP). [Methods] The disease model in rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan and feeding with high caloric chow. They were treaterd for 16 weeks. Then the fasting blood glucose (FBG),plasma endothelins(ET),serum nitric oxide(NO),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAE) and so on were determined.[Results] The level of FBG,ET and UAE of model rats was increased,but serum NO and NO/ET was decreased markedly. After treatment,FBG,ET and UAE were decreased remarkably,NO and NO/ET were increased notably(P<0.01).[Conclusions] Erhuang Huoxue decoction can decrease high glucose,regulate the vascular endothelial function and the excretion of ET and NO,maintain the equilibration of vasomotor function,as so to prevent and threat DMAP. |
