摘要:

[目的]优选复方益肾软胶囊的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用正交设计法,以马钱素的提取转移率为评价指标,对乙醇浓度、用量及渗漉速度等影响因素进行研究。[结果]最佳提取工艺为A₃B₃C₁,即用70%乙醇进行渗漉,滴速为3.0mL/(min·kg),收集药材量8倍体积的渗漉液。[结论]本方法优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the optimum extracting conditions for compound Yishen (tonifying the kidney) soft capsule.[Methods] The orthogonal design was taken for the optimization of ethyl alcohol and percolate speed with the content of loganin determined by RP-HPLC.[Results] The optimum extracting conditions were A₃B₃C₁,that is percolating with 70% EtoH,the percolate speed with 3.0 mL/(min·kg),collecting the amount of percolate 8 times.[Conclusions] The optimum extracting procedure is reasonable and stable.
