Abstract: |
[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qixuanyixin capsule in rats with myocardial infarction and explore the effect mechanism. [Methods] The model of myocardial infarction was induced by ligating the coronary artery of rats. They were randomly divided into Shexiangbaoxin pill group, high, middle and low dose of capsule Qixuanyixin group, placebo group and control group. The incidence rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of mRNA of HGF and VEGF in myocardial tissue were observed. [Results] Compared to blank group, the rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of mRNA of HGF and VEGF in model and each treatment group were higher(P<0.05). The rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of mRNA of HGF and VEGF in myocardial tissue were lower than that in each dose of capsule Qixuanyixin(P<0.05), with the most obvious effect in high dose group, and it was superior than Shexiangbaoxin pill (P<0.05). [Conclusions] Qixuanyixin capsule can decrease the incidence rate of myocardial infarction at is speculated that the anti-infarction effect was related with the increased expression of mRNA of HGF and VEGF. |
