心身1号片对大鼠应激性溃疡胃黏膜Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响

摘要:

[目的]观察心身1号片对大鼠应激性溃疡胃黏膜Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响。[方法]Wistar大鼠水浸—束缚应激12h,用免疫组化方法检测心身1号片对胃黏膜组织Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响。[结果]Bcl-2和Bax在正常大鼠胃黏膜组织中有散在的表达;心身1号片各剂量组Bcl-2阳性细胞数目较造模组增多,两者具有明显的差异(P<0.01);造模组Bax阳性细胞数目较心身1号片各剂量组增多,两者也具有明显的差异(P<0.01);在造模组和心身1号片各剂量组中,Bax阳性细胞数目均比Bcl-2增加(P<0.01)。[结论]中药心身1号片能够促进应激性溃疡大鼠胃黏膜组织Bcl-2的表达,降低Bax的表达,这可能是心身1号治疗本病的作用机制之一。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Xinshenyihao tablet on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer.[Methods] Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: control group,model group,Western medicine group and Xinshenyihao groups(high,middle and low dosage).The rats were exposed to water immersion-restraint stress for 12 hours.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins was examined with immunohistochemistry.[Results] Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were sporadically expressed in the gastric mucosa of blank group.The number of Bcl-2 positive cells in Xinshenyihao groups was significantly more than those in model group(P<0.01).The number of Bax positive cells in the model group were significantly more than those in Xinshenyihao groups(P<0.01) and Bax positive cells were significantly more than Bcl-2 positive cells in both groups(P<0.01).[Conclusions] The traditional Chinese medicine Xinshenyihao tablet can enhance the expression of Bcl-2 and reduce the expression of bax.This effect may be one of its mechanism.
