| [目的]探讨肺抑瘤合剂的抗肿瘤作用机制。[方法]制备小鼠Lewis肺癌模型,研究肺抑瘤合剂与化疗药物单独或联合应用对小鼠Lewis肺癌的抑制作用及其对肺癌组织细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)表达的影响。[结果]肺抑瘤合剂对Lewis肺癌小鼠局部肿瘤生长有显著抑制作用,对环磷酰氨抗肿瘤有协同增效作用(P<0.001);肺抑瘤合剂配合化疗能有效抑制肿瘤细胞cyclinD1的表达(P<0.05)。[结论]肺抑瘤合剂可能是通过降低肿瘤细胞cyclinD1的表达,使肿瘤细胞停止于G1期,从而通过调控基因表达,起到抗肿瘤的作用。 |

| [Objective] To explore the anticancer effect of Lung Yiliu mistura.[Methods] Lewis lung cancer was established in mice.The inhibitory effect of Lung Yiliu mistura alone or combined with chemotherapy on Lewis lung cancer was researched and the effect on the expression of cyclinD1 also measured in mice model.[Results] Lung Yiliu mistura had obviously inhibitory action on focal tumor growth in mice with Lewis lung cancer and had synergistic action with cyclophosphamide(P<0.001).Lung Yiliu mistura combined with chemotherapy could effectively depress cyclinD1 expression in mice with Lewis lung cancer(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Lung Yiliu mistura may downregulate the expression of cyclinD1 in tumor cells and thus stop the tumor cells at G1 period.It is suggested that Lung Yiliu mistura exhibits anti-tumor effect through regulating and controlling the gene expression. |
