| [目的]建立降脂冲剂中何首乌与决明子的薄层鉴别方法。[方法]采用薄层层析法进行鉴别。用氯仿超声提取,以石油醚-甲酸乙酯-甲酸(15:2:1)上层液为展开剂,用氨蒸气熏显色,紫外灯(254 nm)下观察。[结果]供试品色谱中,在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应位置上,分别显示相同颜色的荧光斑点。[结论]该法快速,灵敏,能准确鉴别出何首乌与决明子。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish a method of TLC to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Semen Cassiae in JiangZhi granule.[Methods] In the TLC method,the developing reagent was the upper liquid of a mixed solvent containing petroleum ether,ethgl formate and formic acid in the ratio of 15:2:1.The visualizing agent was Ammonia-steam and the detective wavelength was 254 nm.[Results] The samples showed the similar spot with reference substance and medical material on TLC.[Conclusions] This method was fast,sensitive and can be used to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Semen Cassiae in JiangZhi granule. |
