| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定光果甘草中光甘草定的含量。[方法]采用TIANHE C18反相色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:水:冰醋酸(55:44:1),检测波长为282 nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃。[结果]光甘草定在0.097 6~0.878 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.72%,其相对标准偏差为1.14%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于甘草中光甘草定的含量测定。 |

| [Objective] To establish the HPLC method for determination of glabridin in G.glabra L.[Methods] The TIANHE C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(55:44:1).The detection wavelength was 282 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.[Results] The 0.097 6~0.878 4 μg Glabridin concentration was in a good linear relationship(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 97.72% and RSD was 1.14%.[Conclusions] The detection method was simple,easy.It can be used for determination of Glabridin in Glycyrrhiza glabra. |
