| [目的]建立丹芪偏瘫胶囊中胆红素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。[方法]色谱条件为:以InertexC18(250mm×4.6mm,5µm)柱为分析柱,流动相为甲醇—三氯甲烷—1%磷酸(81:13:6),检测波长:450nm。[结果]胆红素浓度在10～40 mg/L内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.38%,RSD为0.74%。[结论]该法检测结果准确、可靠,方法简便、易行,可用于丹芪偏瘫胶囊中人工牛黄的胆红素含量测定。 |

| [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of bilirubin in Danqi Piantan capsules(DQPT).[Methods] The Shim-pack C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase was Methanol-chloroform-1% phosphoric acid(81:13:6).The detection wavelength was 450 nm.[Results] The bilirubin was in a good linear relationship(r=0.999 9) at the concentration of 10～40 mg/L.The average recovery was 99.38% and RSD was 0.74%.[Conclusions] The detection method was simple,easy and can be used for the determination of bilirubin in artificial bezoar of Danqi Piantan capsule. |
