| [目的]为了建立栀子金花丸的质量标准。[方法]应用显微数码成像技术观察该中成药中的各药材的显微特征,并采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定该药中栀子苷含量。[结果]反映了栀子金花丸中各中药材的显微结构;RP-HPLC测定栀子苷线性关系良好(r=0.997),峰面积(RSD)=1.08%。[结论]该鉴定方法简单、准确,可供生产、经营企业在中成药的质量检验中采用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish a method for quality control of Zhizijinhua pill.[Methods] The authors chose Zhizijinhua pill obtained from Beijing Tongrentang pharmacy manufactory.The microscopic identification was observed by digital imaging technology,and HPLC was used to determine the content of geniposide in the pill.[Results] The Microstructure of each Chinese medicines of Zhizijinhua pill was truly and directly reflected.The linearity of the HPLC was good(r=0.997),and RSD=1.08%.[Conclusions] These methods were relatively simple,accurate and can be used for the quality testing of Chinese patent medicine. |
