| [目的]观察淡渗利湿联合健脾行气中药治疗肠段切除术后腹泻的疗效。[方法]选取确诊为重度腹泻的全(或次全)大肠切除未行储袋手术者20例,右半结肠切除术40例,随机分为两组。将中药组与易蒙停组治疗腹泻效果进行对照研究。[结果]中药组与易蒙停组比较疗效有明显差异(P<0.05),中药组未发现不良反应。[结论]中药治疗效果优于易蒙停组,安全性高。 |

| [Objective] To observe the treatment effect of diarrhea after colon segment resection with Danshenlishi and Jianpixingqi traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] Select 20 patients accepted total large intestine resection and 40 patients accepted right colectomy,which were diagnosed serious diarrhea and randomized into two group. To compare the effect of treatment on TCM group and Yimengting group. [Results] There were significantly correlations between the effect of TCM group and Yimengting group. And there weren’t side effect in TCM group. [Conclusions] The curative effect of TCM group was obviously better and safety than that of Yimengting group. |
