| [目的]探讨肝硬化患者及合并腹水患者的舌象表现及形成原因呢。[方法]60例患者按标准观察舌象并记录。[结果]发现未合并腹水患者舌象主要表现为舌暗苔薄白,合并腹水患者舌象主要表现为舌红绛少苔。[结论]提示在治疗上要注意活血化瘀与养阴护液的不同。 |

| [Objective] To study the tongue characteristics in patients with hepatocirrhosis and hepatocirrhosis ascites. [Methods] According to the tongue’s standard the tongue’ characteristic was observed and recorded. [Results] Most patients with hepatocirrhosis showed deep red tongue with a little fur, while most patients without hepatocirrhosis ascites showed dark tongue with thin and white coating. The reason was analyzed according to the pathogenesis to guide treatment and comprehend prognosis [Conclusions] The tongue’ characteristics were clearly different, we should, therefore, notice them in the therapy. |
