黄芪对损毁弓状核大鼠所致肥胖的干预研究

摘要:
[目的]观察黄芪水煎剂对损毁弓状核肥胖大鼠血浆Leptin及相关指标的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。[方法]通过比较对照组、模型组、黄芪治疗组大鼠的体质量、Lee’s指数、血浆瘦素水平和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的变化来分析黄芪对实验性肥胖大鼠的调节作用。[结果]黄芪治疗组大鼠体质量、Lee’s指数、血浆游离脂肪酸明显低于模型组,而下丘脑瘦素水平明显高于模型组。[结论]口服黄芪水煎剂可抑制损毁弓状核大鼠所致的肥胖。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the affection of Huangqi on serological leptin and correlated index in fat rats with MSG neonatally. [Methods] Thirty newborn SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group. After surviving 91 days, the rats were killed and examine the changes of markers. [Results] Compared with model group, the body weight and the level of serum leptin in treatment group are significantly decreased. [Conclusions] The study provides evidence that Huangqi can prevent the obesity in neonatally MSG-treated male aged rats.
