摘要:

[目的]通过比较宁痛片和尼莫地平片治疗偏头痛的各项检测指标,评价宁痛片的临床疗效。[方法]将93例偏头痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,进行单盲法分别予以宁痛片和尼莫地平片治疗14d,并在治疗前后应用疼痛量表进行评分,观察治疗前后各头痛指标。[结果]两组用药治疗偏头痛能明显减少头痛评分、头痛强度等级、头痛持续时间、头痛发作次数、头痛指数,其中宁痛片治疗组效果较明显。[结论]宁痛片治疗偏头痛具有较理想的临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Ningtong tablet by comparing all determination indexes in treating hemicrania with Ningtong tablet and Nimodipine. [Methods] Ninety-three patients with hemicrania were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of two groups were treated with Ningtong tablet and Nimodipine respectively. The hemicrania index score before and after treatment was observed by using ache scale. [Results] Ningtong tablet may obviously reduce headache score, intensity grade, duration time, frequency and index number. The curative effect of Ningtong tablet was higher than that of Nimodipine. [Conclusion] Ningtong tablet has a satisfactory clinical effect in treating hemicrania.
