| 卫生经济学评价方法在中西医结合临床研究中的应用探析 |

| 中西医结合疗法在临床实践中取得了显著疗效,如何将卫生经济学评价方法应用到中西医结合临床工作中,是一个值得探讨的问题。目前已在严重呼吸窘迫综合征(SARS)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、老年性肺炎等疾病的中西医结合治疗方面做了卫生经济学评价的初步探讨,显示出良好的应用前景,但仍存在着方法学的选用、成本的确定等诸多难题。要解决这些问题,应当从提高重视程度、准确把握试验方法及评价方法、规范成本计算、合理选择方案等几方面入手,以求得切实的评价效果。 |

| Combination of TCM and Western Medicine has obtained significant clinical effect. How to apply Health Economics in the evaluation of combination of TCM and Western Medicine clinic,which is deserved to be studied. Now we have done preliminary Health Economics evaluation study in the therapy with combination of TCM and Western Medicine of SARS, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, gerontism pneumonia, etal.. However, there are many question, such as the election of methodology, the calculation of cost, and so on. To solve these question, we should pay more attention to the accurate election of test and evaluation means, the normative calculation of cost and the reasonable choice of program. |
