[目的]评价中药加参强心方对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠心脏形态及泵功能的影响,初步探讨其改善心功能的作用机制和途径,为其进一步的临床应用提供了科学依据。[方法]采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支法制作心肌梗死后CHF模型,应用加参强心方干预4周,以超声心动测量大鼠心功能变化,评价其对慢性充血性心力衰竭大鼠的强心作用。[结果]1)CHF模型大鼠手术后6周左室舒张末期和收缩末期内径亦明显增大,在给药4周后加参强心方组和卡托普利组心室内径均有不同程度的缩小,左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)分别为(6.25±0.28)mm和(6.05±0.45)mm,左室收缩末期内径(LVDs)分别为(3.28±0.18)mm和(3.57±0.27)mm(P<0.05)。超声检测结果还显示加参强心方组和卡托普利组左室后壁收缩及舒张期厚度均有不同程度的缩小。2)CHF模型大鼠术后6周射血分数(EF)由84.62±2.22降至56.03±2.59,出现明显心力衰竭表现,给药2周后加参强心方组、参附强心丸组以及卡托普利组EF值均开始有所上升,连续服药4周后,3组大鼠平均EF值分别达到80.28±3.06、78.68±3.71和79.02±4.42(P<0.05)。[结论]加参强心方对CHF大鼠心脏形态学和血流动力学均有较为显著的改善。可抑制心腔扩大趋势和心室重塑,增强心脏泵功能,提高心输出量,明显改善收缩和舒张功能。 |

[Objective] To assess the effects of Jiashen Qiangxin prescription on heart morphology and function of CHF model rat, and try to find out the effect mechanism. [Methods] The CHF rat model was established by ligation of anterior descending branch of coronary artery, then treated with Chinese herbs Qiangxinpian and observed the change of heart function with UCG. [Results] CHF rats had obvious symptoms of heart failure with a lower EF value. After treating for 4 weeks with Jiashenqiangaxin tablet the function of left ventricle was improved. In the group of Jiashen Qiangxin prescription and captopril, LVDd was 6.25±0.28mm and 6.05±0.45mm,LVDs was 3.28±0.18mm and 3.57±0.27mm; At the same time, EF value was improved from 56.03±2.59 to 80.28±3.06 in the group of Jiashen Qiangxin prescription (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Jiashen Qiangxin prescription can improve the function of CHF, and has benefit effect for ventricular remodeling. |
