| [目的]观察解毒祛湿法治疗痛风的临床疗效。[方法]将60例痛风患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例采用中药治疗,对照组30例口服别嘌呤醇和尼美舒利及碳酸氢钠。[结果]治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.6%,两组总有效率比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。两组治疗前后血尿酸组内比较差异有显著性,P<0.05;两组治疗后血尿酸组间比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。[结论]解毒祛湿法治疗痛风的疗效可靠,且无明显不良反应。 |

| [Objective] To Observe the clinical effects of detoxification and dispelling dampness method on gout. [Method] 60 patients with gout were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty patients in treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs and 30 patients in control group with oral administration of allopurinol, nimesulide and sodium bicarbonate. [Result] The total effective rate was 93.35% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group without significant difference between both groups (P>0.05). There were significant difference in the level of serum uric acid between pre and post treatment in both groups (P<0.05), but no significant difference in post treatment in that parameter between two groups (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The method of detoxification and dispelling dampness has reliable therapeutic effect without significant adverse reaction. |
