| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立了测定芪黄降糖胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以SinoChromODS-BP柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈:水=36:64为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长:UV203nm。[结果]黄芪甲苷的线性范围为20～400mg/L(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为2.1%。[结论]本方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为芪黄降糖胶囊质量控制的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] HPLC method was established to determine the contents of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Qihuangjiangtang capsules. [Methods] The samples were separated on a SinoChrom ODS-BP column (200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (36:64). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. [Results] The linear ranges of Astragaloside Ⅳ was 20～400 mg/L (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD was 2.1%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility,so it can be an effective method to control the quality of Qihuangjiangtang capsules. |
