| [目的]观察土槐虎杖汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及其对外周血血液流变学的影响。[方法]治疗组土槐虎杖汤组和对照组复方黛胶囊组。采用银屑病皮损面积的严重指数(PASI)积分观察治疗前后皮损变化;对治疗组患者进行治疗前后血液流学变学检测。[结果]土槐虎杖汤在改善PASI积分、显效率方面均优于复方青黛胶囊,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后全血低切黏度、全血低切相对黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数较治疗前下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]土槐虎杖汤治疗寻常型银屑病疗效优于复方青黛胶囊;可改善红细胞聚集性、微循环缺氧状态及血浆黏度。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Tuhuaihuzhang decoction in treating ordinary psoriasis and the effect on haemorheology in peripheral blood. [Methods] The patients of ordinary psoriasis were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Tuhuaihuzhang decoction and those of control group by complex indigo naturalis capsule. The skin injury change before and after treatment was observed by PASI score and haemorheology change was detected. [Results] Tuhuaihuzhang decoction could improve PASI score appeared as decreasing of haemorheology level and the excellent rate of Tuhuai-huzhang decoction was obviously higher than that of complex indigo naturalis capsule (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Tuhuaihuzhang decoction may treat ordinary psoriasis by improving erythrocyte aggregation, microcirculation, hypoxic state, blood plasma viscosity. The curative effect of Tuhuaihuzhang decoction is obviously higher than that of complex indigo naturalis capsule. |
