| 溃疡性直肠炎(UR)是临床疑难病症,中药局部给药外治,能避免口服剂易于损伤脾胃的不良刺激反应,提高临床疗效。根据UR病变部位及病理特点,认为膜剂是外用制剂中一种较适宜的中药剂型。研制中药"愈疡膜"予以内窥镜下肛门直肠内给药,中医传统外治疗法的进一步改进和发展。相关实验研究显示UR模型豚鼠存在有免疫功能异常,愈疡膜局部给药有较好的免疫调节作用。今后应加强免疫学机制的研究,揭示中医药治疗UR的相关分子免疫学机制。 |

| The ulcerative rectitis (UR) belonged to clinical stubborn disease and local administration of the traditional Chinese medicine may avoid adverse effect of injuring spleen and stomach and enhance clinical effect. The film agent was one of the suitable preparations of dosage form for external application of traditional Chinese medicine. Yuyangmo was a effective traditional Chinese medicine film agent and may regulate immunity function of patients with ulcerative rectitis. |
