摘要:

"热入血室"最早由汉代张仲景所提出,后人根据《金匮要略》和《伤寒论》的条文,提出了"热入血室"的种种理论。关于热入血室争论最多的是何为血室。通过对汉代以来的文献分析,表明血室即子宫,其生理功能与冲脉、肝脏密切相关。热入血室也当为女子所特有之疾病。探讨了热入血室的病因、病位、病理机制以及临床表现,热入血室属于现代医学的急性盆腔炎和产褥感染的范畴,治疗这些疾病时可参考热入血室的治疗方法。现代疗法以小柴胡汤加减为主。

Abstract:

ZHANG Zhong-jing firstly introduced the theory of pyretic invasion of uterus in Han Dynasty. Later generations further developed the awareness about it on the basis of Synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and established all kinds of theories from a number of different perspectives. The most controversial problem was what the "blood chamber" was. From literatures of Han, We realized that the blood chamber was uterus. Its physiologic function was closely connected with the Chongpulse and liver. This article explored the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment about the pyretic invasion of uterus. So the disease of the pyretic invasion of uterus belonged to an acute pelvic inflammatory disease and puerperal fever in modern medicine.
